I am pleased with my annual consultation, pap test, blood sampling and the results were posted so fast!!

The staff was very friendly, and Dr. F took time to explain things to me without making me foolish for not understanding. She made the whole appointment comfortable, and she knew I was nervous, so she was quick. Will absolutely return for follow up visit.

I was assured she was trauma informed. She was not. She tried to do a pap smear without my consent, literally telling the MA to 'hand me the pap' without discussing it beforehand. As a trauma survivor, this is out of line but also would be out of line for any patient. When I gave her my unequivocal 'no' she did her best to convince me. I eventually consented under duress as I was in a vulnerable physical and emotional position. She also asked me very casually 'do we need to preserve your fertility' which is not an immediate yes or no question--and she rushed my answer and actually cut me off. Her medical assistant also forced one of my legs into position during the exam, which is so far from trauma informed. She obviously needs more training and mentorship from her physician counterpart. She insinuated that the only thing wrong with me could be cancer and jumped to a hysterectomy with very little clinical data. I will not return and am hesitant to seek any follow up care elsewhere

I thought she was excellent. Thorough. Also easy to relate to. I am also a PA, and am typically very critical of my doctors, few meeting my standards. But, she was great. If I were staying in the area, I would choose to see her as my regular provider

She starts visit with any concerns or questions i might have. She makes me comfortable during visit. I like that she tells me what she will be doing before she does it.

I’ve seen Pamela three times since the start of my high-risk multiples pregnancy and she’s been great every time. She has always answered all my concerns thoroughly and ensured I was taken care of well. She has always treated me as intelligent enough to make informed decisions about my own care, which is appreciated as many doctors I’ve seen tend to talk down to patients.

Was incredibly rude to my wife during an appt. My wife had concerns about a rapid heart beat caused by medication and Pamela completely discounted her question. We then brought it up again and Pamela responded, "well are you having a heart attack?". My wife responded no, and Pamela proceeded to try and end the appointment. We asked about the medication one more time, were told it shouldn't be an issue and to move on. Turns out, after seeing a specialist, it was an issue and the wrong medication
