Dr. Marzec checked my eyes and prescribed glasses a couple of times, both computer glasses and 'standard' reading glasses. Wonderful service, listened well when expressing needs. Very happy with interaction and end results.

Very poor quality of service/after sale support. Demands upfront payment before order (an indication that one won't be pleased with order). Glasses have to be redone repeatedly as they lab is so poor. Uses the CHEAPEST material possible (high index 1.67 is unacceptable quality) but charges higher prices than anyone. Provides no care kit w/glasses or contacts (both of which take forever to come in). Staff advises to wash glasses with dishwashing liquid & paper towels. JUST TERRIBLE!
