Pamela has handled multiple situations at Dominion Hospital very poorly, knowingly keeping a patient in harms way on the unit. She has no understanding of how important therapeutic trust is and is not truly trauma informed, ironically. When dealing with the situation, she avoided at all costs and was unprofessional. She is just an unempathetic, uneducated, ill-informed therapist - and it shows.

Unclear communication. Often will provide one set of information and then gaslight into believing she said something else entirely. She is also very infantilizing of people in need of psychiatric care.
