She doesn’t return calls. She is very abrasive. When she’s in the wrong or done her job poorly she refuses to acknowledge any wrong doing. Don’t bother leaving her a message and tell your pharmacist not to bother call her. She will not return a call. I guess they don’t teach you that in assistant school. Yes, she is not a doctor but she an assistant.
