AMAZING!
I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Swartz from start to hearing aides and everything in between. Dr. Swartz was able to describe the process of getting and having hearing aides in a way that simply made sense. After my initial hearing test, Dr. Swartz took time to not only explain the results, but also what the process would be in getting the hearing aides and adjusting to them. When I returned to get my hearing aides she took time to fit them properly and make adjustments to them to make sure I was both knowledgeable and comfortable wearing them. I returned for a follow up appointment and she made sure everything was perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Swartz and would not go anywhere else for my hearing needs. She is amazing!

Doctor Pamela Swartz was extremely helpful in assessing my hearing loss and obtaining my hearing aids. She is a considerate and kind professional that I really look forward to working with to maintain my present hearing ability. I am so grateful to be able to hear the sound of rain again, what a joy.

Did well with explaining all that goes on with the hearing test..before, during and after. Explained results well..Offered up possible solutions for possible hearing issues/hearing aid wearing..Understanding of ones "budget" offered up a possibility of payment plan...

Does not take the time to really listen to my concerns nor explain issues to me. She rushes hearing exams into literally a couple minutes and doesn't explain the results. It's become a game of "how will this appointment go wrong?" I just don't have faith in her as a professional. Additionally, her office is always incredibly cluttered (including hearing aids on the floor)...maybe that explains why she always seems disorganized and not on it.

While she seems like a nice person, as a professional I'm thoroughly unimpressed. She didn't bother notifying patients when she moved locations; she has lost my phone number even though she updated it days before; didn't call back for several days when she had my aid, etc. She doesn't really listen to my hearing aid issues the 2 times I sent them in for repair. First time they came back still broken-she actually said, "oh, I'll send them back and THIS time write down what you said was wrong.
