Pam appeared cold & detached at times. she often seemed not to care& offered no real suggestions or ways to deal with difficult issues that I was dealing with. She was hardly encouraging during my struggles & in my time of need. She listened well, but never offered suggestions or consolation. Then after continuing to see her for nearly 2 yrs, she abruptly terminates my services. I was in shock. Wow!!!!! She listened, but that's all she did.Never offering suggestions or consolation.
