I had been seeing Pam since 2008. I called to make an appointment and was told since I had not been there since May 2020 that she would not take me back and they weren't seeing patients that were 70 and older. I had not seen her in a year because of the pandemic. The last appt was a telemedicine appt. I had medication from prescriptions that she had given me that still had refills on them. I was at a point that I needed refills so I called to make the appointment. I've been a very responsible patient over the course of 12 years. I think it's very bad patient care that no one on the staff called to tell me this. I called and left a message asking that Pam to call me to discuss and no response. I felt a rapport had been established over all these years but obviously I was wrong. To leave a patient without any means to get medication refills and not return a call to discuss is very bad patient care. I DO NOT recommend this practitioner or this practice AT ALL!!!
