Pascale seems genuinely kind, I feelI can speak openly without being judged. She is very accommodating when I have lots of questions about my medications, and quick and efficient when I don’t have much to discuss.

she talks like an uncaring robot w automated, cold responses and a judgmental smirk. She diagnosed me autistic after asking a few questions. She said she'd manage my meds if I sent her a list of all my meds from the pharmacy. This was after I already sent my medical records to her. I think she wanted to know how many meds I've taken so she could hold it against me. After telling me she would prescribe my meds no problem, I made an appt right b4 I ran out of my meds (like she told me to do) and that's when she refused to fill my meds bc the 'dose was too high'. I told her it's high for a reason. I have severe social anxiety and I literally need it that high to function. I've been taking it for 9 years. That's when she said 'well clearly it's not working'. I have no idea what that was supposed to mean so I asked her to explain the comment and she refused and just spoke down to me and said I shouldn't be taking meds I've been on for over 9 years. She's very insulting and unknowlegable.

I love this service. Grateful to have found Dr. Kidane. I am caregiver for my sister with psychoaffective disorder. I came to VSEE site due to our long term psychiatrist having his own personal illness, no longer able to treat. Found it difficult to find a replacement thus Dr. Kidane. We have had 3 very enlightening appointments. She picked up very quickly where our doctor left off. Was able to diagnosis same and maintain working regime with same and some increase in dosages. She filled prescriptions promptly and sent to pharmacy while we were on telehealth appointment. She's very smart and personable. I'm able to communicate on Chat as needed. I receive a response in short order. So happy to have found her. We will continue our treatment with her. Thank you, Dr. Kidane.

I scheduled an evalution through Virtual Psychiatric Care, originally with a different provider but then it switched to Pascale. (VPC didn't initially show me in a state the first provider was licensed in so that's why it switched me to this provider.) She gave an evalution and diagnosis. She said she could manage my medication, send in prescriptions, and even give me recommendations for therapists that specialized in my diagnosis. Never heard from her again. Almost a full week later, found out she never sent in my prescriptions and she never sent me those recommendations. I sent messages through the chat feature and even tried to go into the "waiting room" of VPC to talk with her face to face. No answer. I finally messaged the provider I scheduled with first and she was able to refill my meds in 5 minutes of contact. I eventually cancelled my follow-up and scheduled with the provider I really wanted. I would've tried to work this out but Pascale doesn't respond to messages.

My experiences with Ms. Pascale Kidane is always professional, efficient, and understanding. I would definitely recommend her awesome Telehealth services to others in need!

I scheduled my first appointment with Pascale back in October 2020 and have been continuing to see her monthly. She is very professional and I am happy to have found her as a provider. I haven’t always had the best of luck finding good healthcare providers in the past, but I would recommend Pascale to anyone.

You Get What You Pay For. I was a new patient that had just moved into town and needed medication maintenance (refills). I was completely out of 1 and I have 2 medications with 1 refill that are going to be out this week. She wouldn't refill the other 2 medications until next month (to charge me $99) for something she should have done today. I'm sure she's a great person to talk to and hold your hand but you can find the same quality at a cheaper price if you just Google cheap psychiatric nurse practitioners online. Long story short it cost me $200 for nothing.
