Pasha Fruman, PA-C

I have seen Pasha Fruman at Meridian Urgent Care in Barstow California. Pasha is one of a rare type of medical professional. Pasha goes above and beyond the call of duty. Pasha is very knowledgable and she has treated me with compassion and has given me the best care and treatment possible. It is not every day that a PAC with high standards works in Barstow California. This is the main reason I am writing this review. Pasha Fruman is an exceptional Physicians Assistant and I am glad to be under her care.

Pasha was great! The reception & staff at Meridian Urgent Care, not so much. I am a VN Vet and tried to make an appointment for severe pain with my VA Dr., but only available was 4 weeks out, and was told (by the VA) to go to urgent care. Meridian Urgent Care is the only one "contracted" with the VA in our area, so I went there. Pasha listened to all my issues and gave me a shot (which alleviated my pain and I felt like me again), then she wrote an order for an xray - but after making an appointment for the xray, readjusting my schedule, driving all the way down there, filling out the paperwork, I was told I needed a VA authorization #. The lady at the xray place called Meridian, who told her that they do not have one ?! Meridian did not tell me that I needed that for the xray, as it was an order placed by Meridian, one would think that it would be all part of the same network, contracted by the VA. So 5 stars for Pasha, 2 for Meridian for not keeping me informed.
