She's not stuck on a particular approach, rather, she is genuinely inquisitive, intuitive, and insightful. No matter what the situation was, (couples or individual) she found an approach that met me where I was and got through and landed meaningfully. I know people gush about therapists, and I've seen good therapists and bad therapists, but she is the best I have ever been fortunate enough to see. I'd be shocked if you didn't feel the same after seeing her.
