Patient
In 60 years of being treated by Medical Doctors and qualified care providers in the Medical field, Patrice consistently provided me with complete, comprehensive and compassionate care for over six years. I was devastated to find that she had left the Practice where I went to be seen by her. Forced by Insurance requirements to find another Primary Care Physician, as I have been without adequate medical care for the treatment of multiple, life-threatening medical conditions, for a year now. I have yet to be able to find any other physican who comprehends the seriousness of the complications I face and be treated with the same respect and consideration. It is a fundamental human right of all persons to have access to adequate medical care and I am not receiving it. My very life is now being put at risk due to inadequate treatment, in one of the most highly respected areas of the entire world for their medical reputation. I MUST URGENTLY be seen by her again! Can you help me?
