very pleasant exam
Dr. Clark was very patient with me and explained everything very well. I did not feel rushed and felt like she helped me understand what was going on with my eyes.

Avoid at All Costs
If you are going to Springfield Eye Associates, see Dr. Jacowitz. Dr. Clark completely disregarded the reason I had come in and treated me for a totally different condition. She even said the words I was using to describe how I was feeling were unhelpful. Apparently, the condition I am suffering from usually goes untreated, but I explained to her I was at the point where she was the third doctor I have seen and it's been persisting for two years!! When I asked what caused the condition I am suffering from, she had to go to Google to look it up. Listen to your patients when they tell you something is wrong! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Now, I have to deal with this condition and pain for the next couple of months until I see Dr. Jacowitz after dealing with it for the past two years. But make sure to not describe your symptoms as uncomfortable, that word is not good enough for Dr. Clark! This was the worst medical experience of my life. DO NOT GO TO DR. CLARK!
