We went for couples counseling. We have Cigna insurance, which she accepts. After our appointment she said the program she uses to check patients insurance takes 1-3 days and she just sent it in the day we were scheduled so we needed to pay for Out of Pocket Expenses so we wrote a check for $125. Months later she emails and contacts us stating we owe her another $100 because our insurance didn’t cover. We already paid cash because she didn’t properly run our insurance in advance and now is trying to get more money out of us.
