Patricia L. Dennis doesn't listen to patients. When patient answers a question Patricia Dennis will NOT let them finish what they want to say. Patricia Dennis states she will be calling a caregiver to talk with them, but she never calls and has another person send patients message telling patient to have the caregiver call them. When caregiver calls she is told her name is not on the list. Patricia Dennis has a problem keeping up with what she tells others.Patricia Dennis also doesn't sent information needed for a visit until the day before visit, which patients doesn't receive on time for the visit.
