If I could give a 0 star review i would. I am completely disappointed with the service provided at the cicero office location. I came to see this NP as a new patient due to new health insurance she was the closest to home. My appointment was at 1130 and being in the medical field i know MD's prefer patients to arrive a few minutes early to fill out forms. My wait time was 45 minutes was finally brought back to the room where i waited another 15 minutes. I asked the medical assistant if i needed to change so that the NP can evaluate me and her was response was no she will ask you questions then determine if you need to change. How can you diagnose or treat someone without looking at them or the site of issue. NP only had me change to do my pap smear. The most terrible experience when the vaginal speculum was inserted 3 times. 2 weeks later i need another pap due to not enough cells. I also had to call the off 3 times to finally get my results.
