A nonprofessional at best. Clueless on what to do at worst. Inefficient billing system that results in costs you never knew were coming.

Took me 15 years to decide I needed help dealing with my abandonment issues and social anxiety. 3 hours to decide what number to call. I called this office with much trepidation and made an appt. A week later after gut-rot anxiety and questioning my life I showed up for my appt. Problem with scheduling, they double booked. They explained that they have a poor scheduling system. I left heart broken, my lifelong feelings of unimportance totally reaffirmed. A week long panic attack for nothing.
