She refused to fill a prescription for a vital bipolar medication because she was owed from the previous week, this was not a one time thing if any balance was left there was always an issue

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have no idea why this person is still practicing. She was extremely nasty when I had my visit with her a few years ago. She lacks compassion, and blamed me for some of the issues I dealt with. She is rude and cold. I ended up not going back to her after that appointment and found somebody else who actually cared, did not guess late me and listen to all of my questions and concerns.

I wish I read the reviews on Patricia Mangarelli before I saw her. She was absolutely terrible. She made me feel like I was being crazy or dramatic when I'd describe what I was experiencing. She put me on a medication that made me worse and said that I was getting worse because I was not putting energy into therapy, when really the only thing that changed in my regimen was her and the medication she put me on. I cried after every appointment I had with her. Would not recommended, especially if you have a complex case for I believe she is not equipped with the skill set necessary to treat such cases.

Do not go to this NP if you’re looking for kindness on compassion. She is cold and carelessly makes decisions that leave her patients at risk for harm to themselves or others. She will sabotage your chances of getting into a different practice if you decide not to continue working with her. Stay away!!!!

I have been going to Ms. Mangarelli for a couple years now and she's amazing. Good listener, great sense of humor and really cares about her patients.

I would not recommend Patricia Mangarelli. She lacks compassion and is very judgemental. She made me feel she was looking down on me. She is the kind of person that is in this profession for the money only. Not to help patients and has no idea of what it is like to go through depression and anxiety.
