Terrible Service staff. Completely the worst staff I have ever dealt with, completely waste of my time.

Used to be great but things have changed with new front office staff ..although patti was my dr for 7 years, I have had enough of being treated so poorly, especially by the receptionist who is rude and acts superior. They do not answer phone, return calls, and after 3 times of promising to make refill still did not do it. Do not go here unless you are prepared to be treated like dirt. Shes not that great of a nurse practitioner to endure the front office you will have to put up with.

I have been going to Patty for 17 years, my experience has been wonderful. My insurance does not list her as a preferred provider but I don’t care about that I would gladly pay more out of pocket to get the good service that I receive from her.

I had been seeing Patty for chronicle pain for 6 months and never saw any improvements. Referrals took forever or never happened, took weeks to get an appointment. Rarely get a call back from reception (they never pick up) and the final straw was being YELLED at and berated by both Patty and her receptionist in the middle of the waiting room for being “annoying and making them make too many phone calls”. So blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional. DO NOT go to this office.

I have specialists for most issues. My PCP is to manage medications, referrals, and minor things that don't require seeing a specialist. Rarely does anyone answer the telephone. I leave messages. Sometimes I get a call back, sometimes I don't. Long waits in office. Medication refills take as much as a week, to never. She uses the pharmacy to deliver messages such as; she stopped a medication, (no reason, explanation, or call to me) or she has them tell me to make an appointment. I HAVE A PHONE.

I have been seeing Patty, for the last six years.. I have never had a medical professional,spend the amount of time she has with me.. For someone to say they called week after week with no reply back is ridiculous.. The office staff is great.. I can truly say I'm,in better over all over health since being a patient...

After being a patient since 2008 I am done with this place.Cannot have a phone call answered-EVER- or messages returned.The waiting time at my last 2 appts-over 2 hours! No referrals for long-term,ongoing issues. Yelled at by office manager on more than one occasion,I feel she is rude and disrespectful. Left w/o prescription refills called in leading to withdrawal symptoms. Tired of being told to Go to Urgent Care. Beyond disappointed in everything about this clinic. Run.

Horrible. She won't refer me to other doctors or answer my phone calls.

Patty has been wonderful for me. She is a problem solver and will get to the bottom of your medical concerns and issues. I have referred her to several people, including my Fiance!

I have not been unhappy with the treatment I have received from the past few doctors I have been to see over the past few years. I am very happy to say that I was very pleased with my visit with Patricia Newman and look forward to my next visit. She listened and did what needed to be done and made me feel like she cared, she gets an A+ for my first visit

One year ago I tried to make an appointment to see Patricia Newman, however, I was never able to speak with anyone. I could only leave voice messages because they never answered the phone; not once, not ever, not at any time. I called three times a week for three months. My confidence was damaged so I had to find a different primary physician. And that took more than 4 months.
