Patricia initially helped me in couples therapy. We transitioned into individual therapy when she recommended we do so. It was life changing & I am forever grateful to Patricia for the help she gave to us both as a couple & individually. I had struggled with recurring depressive episodes since my parents divorce in adolescence. Then I also had bouts of anxiety when I stayed in an unhealthy work environment for far too long. I tried self help books & another therapist to no avail. Between the economic collapse, job loss & more my husband & I struggled until we began lashing out at one another. Things finally began to click into place with my sessions with Patricia. It was difficult at first but well worth the effort once the clouds parted. Since then I have faced estrangement from my father (who cut himself off from all of his family), the stress of pregnancies, raising little humans, the pandemic & more. My husband & I have dealt with it all calmly as a team. Eternally grateful to her.
