She only stayed as my therapist while I had EAP be
I was in a vulnerable state and she didn't tell me she wouldn't take my insurance until after all of my five free EAP sessions. I offered to private pay, but she said no. I ended up being hospitalized and having no therapist to go to outpatient because she wouldn't take me back.

She told us unexpectedly that she was retiring and moving and did not help us transition our son out of therapy smoothly and did not help us find a new therapist. She’s still practicing so she obviously lied to us.
