While obviously very experienced and knowledgeable, I found Dr. "E" to be fairly arrogant and full of himself. The office looks like it's stuck in the 1980s... paper charts everywhere, dated equipment, decor, etc. I know that's not what you're there for, but it doesn't instill a lot of confidence.
