I saw Patty due to lingering Covid symptoms. I brought up concerns about my cough and “brain fog” and she barely addressed my concerns. She was in and out with no care. I understand the increase of patients during this time but bedside manner was nonexistent.

Horrible. Didn't even ask me about the questions I had indicated on my form. I had to bring everything up myself and she was just ready to get in and out. It was terrible patient care.

Today was my second visit to her and I am so impressed. I saw a few negative ratings on here and have no idea how anyone could have the polar opposite of my experiences. But then again this is the internet. 5 stars from me.
