Paul is absolutely amazing. In EVERY single conversation I have had with him - I experience an epiphany &/or realization every time we talk, which I most likely would have never come to by myself. He has such a wide spread knowledge of the struggles of every day life. So, in turn - he is great at helping others through their own struggles. He is also friendly, personable and SO easy to talk to yet very professional all together.
