Try to find a better PT if you can!! I asked Dr. Paul L Ezeukwu for advice regarding my recent weight loss. Dr. Paul L Ezeukwu suggested I should eat more and EXERCISE LESS to gain weight!!! Unbelievable! Dr. Paul L Ezeukwu is the only PT I know telling patients to exercise less. Please give patients good advice i.e try snacking on peanut butter between meals bc it is high in calories and very healthy or try Ensure Plus. Try to find a better PT if you can!! Exercising daily is very important! Same routines at every visit (boring and not really learning new routines to use in the future)
