Dr. Jacobs has been helping my son since my (now ex) husband abruptly left me and moved out of state. He has helped almost entirely alleviate my son's physical and emotional anxiety. I would recommend him to anyone.

Do not go see this man or take your kids there. He will destroy them and your life. The successes that other counselors help with my children in three weeks, he destroyed in one session and things only got worse after my children saw him. He doesn’t see the bigger picture of things and it’s a horrible communicator. You will destroy your family’s relationship to fund his salary.

Is very narrow in his analysis and does not see the complete picture of the macro issue. Focuses on minor inaccurate facts instead of the overall macro issue. Easily influenced by one party or the other based on who he has a discussion with first and creates a bias with the other parties based on the first party being given rights to tell their story. Very expensive! Charges more than the insurance company's copayment. I question his actual motivation in the field of practice.

Made conditions with my family worse, accused me of being a chronic liar. Actually made me more depressed in the end and I had to see a different therapist.
