I was seeking treatment from Paul or Brian because I had seen them nine years previous for the same injury. However, it was stalled in the scheduling phase because they were not willing to accommodate someone being 5-10 minutes late or leaving early because they had to go to work or another doctor's appointment. They kept responding no our appointments start ONLY on the hour. I was appalled it just showed the level of compassion and willingness to accommodate a patient in order to provide the best treatment of care. If this was how they treat a patient on the phone I can't even imagine how they would treat the patient with an injury or chronic pain. I was absolutely mortified never have I ever had a provider hear that his staff was stopping him from providing treatment to a patient because of her attitude. Only go to them if you are a cookie cutter case, as if I called tech support and they were flipping through tabs on their manual on how to troubleshoot the issue. Unsympathetic
