My mother and I had a very good experience from the time we arrived, until the time we left the office. Mr. Paul McDonnell was very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. He provided a professional hearing test for my mother along with a hearing aid evaluation and explained his follow-up support to us. He was very thorough in preliminary questioning and evaluating my mother’s hearing. After a thorough examination and hearing test, he gave us detailed explanations of his findings and recommendations for the hearing loss in mom’s left ear. I was impressed with his ability to understand my mom’s needs and which hearing aid was best for her. Can’t say enough about the service and attention Mr. McDonnell gave to my mom. I would recommend him to anyone with a hearing problem.
