This NP needs to learn what humility is and respect. He is very disrespectful. There is a lot more I could say about him, but not going to waste my time.

Does anyone answer the phone... EVER?
I have a prescription that is awaiting renewal and is on hold at the doctor's office. I call, and call and spend indefinite times on hold with no answer. I can't get the prescription filled due to lack of response. I'm tempted to drive across town to straighten it out but it might just be easier to get a new primary who's office actually answers their phones.

Paul was great. During my initial visit, he took the time to listen to me and had great bedside manners. He also took the time to answer all my questions. During follow up visit he took the time to explain results of blood test and made suggestions without rushing to get me on medication which I appreciated.

Excellent service. I was with this practice when Dr Kepper was there. Dr Kepper had been my doctor for over 20 years. I was a little nervous about seeing someone new. But Paul Modafferi has been great. He explains everything in a way that you understand. The office staff is always very helpful. And calls are returned promptly. If you are looking for a new doctor I would recommend this practice

Didn’t know what was going on with my throat/voice but as soon as I told Dr Paul my symptoms he knew actually what it was. I also liked the fact that they worked me in the same day I called. Nurse Jay she was very helpful and friendly.
