Does not defend the people that work under his leadership. Title is Director of Operations, yet is very detached with office operations, and employee concerns.
Very political person in healthcare, would not recommend him or who he may be working for to anyone I know, even enemies. Reason Being: Very profit motivated person, ....wrong kind of person to be in healthcare.
