Horrible Experience
He was the psychiatrist I had to see for my VA claim and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was already nervous going into the appointment because I had no idea what to expect. He interrupted me with inappropriate comments and made me feel completely unheard. I learned more about who he was than he learned about me during the appointment. He did ask me about where I attended college and when it came up that I took out a loan to attend, he asked, “You didn’t milk your daddy for enough money so you had to take out a loan?” He also stated that I was probably a heart breaker and so I brought up that I was in a great relationship with my boyfriend and that he’s a police officer at X department. He said, “Oh the retirement is good there I hear, but he needs to go to Y department if he ever gets shot at work because they have better medical benefits.” I came home after the appointment and nearly broke down in tears because how awful the experience was.

I went for a VES appointment for my VA Disability case. He never asked me how I was feeling he just stared at his laptop and asked me about information that was in my VA file. Like I know what’s in my file. So I don’t think it will do me or any other Disabled Veteran any good to go see this Doctor.

Terrible experience. Saw him for my 11yr old. Asks ridiculous questions & talks more abt himself. Barely spoke to my child. Even insulted us by suggesting we move or send our child to a private school. I said we couldn't afford it, he replied, "You mean to tell me with the amount of money your husband probably makes, you can't afford to send your daughter to a private school?" All of this in front of my child. Will never go back & would NOT recommend.
