Bad Experience
I got the feeling Ting-Downing may have been autistic (as I am). This in and of itself was not an issue, but I wish she'd been more forthright and hadn't expected me to know everything. I was rushed through the appointment (I hadn't even finished the paperwork before being brought in for the close-ups of my eyes, put back in the waiting room, and then brought into the exam room). The Dr. spoke about things with me that she never noted on my forms so when I tried to check out, they gave me an entirely different run-down than I'd thought was understood. It was incredibly rushed and no one gave me details as it happened so I had to just follow along, hoping they actually cared about me and my vision. I will be going to a different practice next time I need an exam.
