Enthusiastic, Professional, Confident in her work
I went into the emergency room for my daughter, she had 2 dermals that were beginning to get infected, I had called multiple surgeons prior to going and none of them felt secure enough to remove them, Paulina was so confident, lovable, and professional that she made my daughter and myself feel extremely safe in her hands, she removed them with no issue. I highly recommend her, as a professional her attitude is beyond amazing!

Just Don't.
Rude, dismissive, arrogant, hostile. Very poor bedside manor. Doesn't represent advent health at all. Lastly she is ghetto. I'm not sure how she got this job. I've never dealt with such a disgusting provider who not only lacks bedside manor but class.

Never. She was very hostile toward me after requesting what was the status of my mother's test results and would not help because she wasnt the provider was all she kept stating. She got up from her chair and started throwing hands as if she wanted to fight. After I continued to defend myself, she abruptly told a nurse to call security because "she doesnt have to deal with my *&$%^"
