I was on a benzo for 5 years or so and was having a horrific time tapering off it, so I saw Peggi. At the time I hated going, but I now realize how crucial this treatment was for my mental health. The antidepressant she prescribed really helped lift my depression, and the non-benzo drug she prescribed for sleep and anxiety has helped me massively. As a patient who now views basically all psychiatrists as legal drug pushers, I felt safe as a patient of Peggi's. IMO, she can be trusted.
