Call quality was terrible, she was never able to send out the full material for us to review outside of therapy, for example the presentation with video examples of the therapy. We were in the wait list for 6/7 months. Then, midway through the 15 sessions, she adjusted her schedule to allow for more evening availability during the week and we got no warning that our regular time slot would be compromised. We were not offered any evening availabilities since our slot would be terminated. Now without notice we have no availability to accommodate my son’s school schedule and when we reached out to her to let her know, she said maybe an 8 am appointment would be our solution which would impact his school schedule. When we said we would need to look for a new provider, we are told we need to be placed again on a waitlist. So another 7 months wait. I am leaving this review so others can be warned as to the level of professionalism you can expect.
