It would be hard to speak more highly of any counselor than I do about Penelope. She is highly intelligent, informed, wise, and no-nonsense. She will call you on negative behaviors you are indulging in and has positively impacted my life in so many ways. I have seen 6 other counselors over the ears and Penelope outshines the rest by far. Her ability to get to the bottom of issues and help you to counteract self-defeating thoughts is unmatched. I highly recommend her - get on the waiting list!
