I’m not a number but a patient
He was very sarcastic, especially saying “why people can walk through the doors but needs a wheelchair”. I was having major chest pain and concerned because my mother died of a heart attack at 42. He had to be asked to come and explain to me my medical condition by the discharge nurse. He was speedy Gonzalez. I received my pain medicine on my exiting out the door. I’m still having chest pain as I’m typing this review.

He was rude from the moment he opened his mouth and pelted me with questions so the admitting nurse “didn’t have to look at me.” He should just let her do her job. If I’d known he was going to be the PA treating me I would have left and found a different facility that minute. When he came to tell me my test results he mumbled and said we are getting you out if here. I had to ask the nurse to call him back and ask him to repeat himself where I could understand. He seemed annoyed that an urgent care facility had referred me to an ER from the moment I mentioned it and then scoffed at me when I tried to tell him the test results I had received there. I said 3 parts blood in my urine and he scoffed it’s not parts. Well, that’s what the PA called it so don’t treat me like I’m an idiot. I saw 3 PA’s and 1 physician today and this guy was by far the worst. Horrible bedside manner, arrogant, and 0 personality.

Bedside manner needs a lot of work. I left extremely frustrated that I was treated with such disrespect.
