I got to met Phil 20 years ago when I moved to Southern Utah. He has always been one outstanding individual. His family and his father Doctor Carter are the salt of the earth. Phil listens to what your complaint is and then finds the solution. I highly recommend Phil Carter... Blackhawk Walters

Going to this clinic and seeing Philip Carter is a refreshing change! The clinic is clean, modern and refreshing. I cannot say enough about Philip and his knowledgeable advice. He answers my questions thoroughly and always has great ideas to share on bettering my health and fitness. He takes time with me and addresses all of my questions. Getting an appointment is not difficult and best of all, little or no waiting. I highly recommend.

He is the best Dr I've ever had I'm 59 years old.he spends time with you listens to your concerns and and gets you healed .I've never experienced such concern skill and professional care as what I get with Dr Phillip Carter . Dr Carter is the best I've ever seen!!!

Phil is very knowledgeable and has a great "bedside" manor. He listens well, asks questions to help with diagnosis, explains well and answers all questions one might have. He also is knowledgeable of supplements and naturopathic approaches to treatments. He is professional and affordable.

Phil has been my care provider for years and his father was my doctor before that. He actually LISTENS to all of what I have to say before determining what I need. He makes an effort to follow up with you and make sure you are taken care of, I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new provider!
