I have been seeing this doctor for many years. He is very good with helping patients through anxiety and panic. His office and appointments can be rather informal.

Had a telehealth appointment set up with Dr. Drum and he never showed up or contacted me to let me know he wouldn't be able to make it. I'm sure I would have been charged if I had done the same.

Drive 90 minutes only to walk into NO receptionist, phone ringing and no one to be found. A different Dr finally came out and said he THINKS Dr.Drum left for the day!! Seriously? You think? Great communication. Needless to say we won't be going back there.

I had only a few sessions with Dr. Drum but I felt like I didn't get anywhere. He didn't offer me any good suggestions or advice or help look into my situation. By the end of the second session, he couldn't even find anything to talk about to get us thru the hour.
