He is rude, unprofessional, hung up on me.

He didn't believe what I was saying most likely because he wasn't prepared for our appointment, even though I sent in records. He asked to speak to my caregiver only to ask the exact same questions he ask me, instead of asking her what she had observe while taking care of me. That's accusing me of lying!
