Phil is an amazing Physical Therapist. I have been a patient for 10 years for two different injuries. Knee, and later ankle. He has complete healing knowledge, great tips, and advice on supporting, elongating muscle, etc. I refer to him all the time and every time I get a BIG thank you from my friends that use his services.
