Phillip gathers info on your injury, life style, health, and fitness goals, and creates a program based on these assessments. I came with the injured knee, had pain walking and was afraid that my daily routine would be limited. Phil recommended exercises which were easy, did not take much time, and helped me not only limit pain and discomfort with me knee, but got my lower body in better shape.
This doctor is easy to interact with and generous to share his knowledge/experience with his patients.
