Very short wait time. Dr Le takes time with you and answers all your questions. You never feel rushed.

I have been going to Dr. Phong Le since I was a teenager and have three kids and a husband now who go. He has always taken care of me and my family and treat us as valued customers. He takes his time to make us feel welcomed and gives us his full attention during our visits. I highly recommend him!!! I tell everyone I know about him.

We've used Dr. Le for years and absolutely will NOT go anywhere else. He's thorough in his exam, remembers my history, and has called to check on my followup. He explains everything, and offers options for my lifestyle. His suggestion of computer glasses from Zenni was a lifesaver. I appreciate and respect the fact that he's self employed and does EVERYTHING in the office himself. I might have to wait 30 seconds before he says hello if he's in the exam room, and that's fine. I know I'm getting a competent Dr. who cares about me and my eyes.

Saw Dr. Phong le March 2021. Called & had appt in 2 days! During my appt, Dr. le gave me his undivided attention; never felt rushed; Dr. le performed a complete/thorough Eye & Contact Exam; Dr. le was easy to understand, answered my questions w knowledge & thoroughness; even discussed my using a computer TOO much @ my job! He gave me Prescriptions for Glasses & Contacts [GOOD FOR 2 YRS!] +free contacts to wear home, & to PLEASE return if ANY issues/want to try other contacts @ no charge! Other Exams-you get a 1 yr RX! DR. le is a Solo Practitioner so HE can decide his overhead (updating waiting room, Receptionist, Biller, etc.) He does IT ALL HIMSELF! Dr. le is SIMPLY committed to providing HIS patients: #1: QUALITY #2: AFFORDABLE & #3: OUTSTANDING EYE CARE! Just 1 more thing. I have NO Vision Ins.-most offices won't even set an appt--though I'm CLEAR I HAVE CASH to pay! Rememver: You have no idea of the Value & Service he provides to OUR community! Jeannie Hayes

Dr Le is EXCELLENT! He is quick, considerate of your time, very cost conscious, and also does a very thorough eye exam. Definitely recommend him highly!

Dr. Phong Le is an excellent Eye doctor. Professionally and personally as well. He goes far, above and beyond his regular duties to keep his patients satisfied and that encourages us to go back for more visits (as many are needed)

My optometrist retired and told me to go to Dr. Phong Le. Fantastic suggestion, Mr. Le is wonderful, caring and goes all out to please patients. He always returns calls. He sent me contact lenses when I am gone on a trip and lost one lens! 100% recommended!

Myself and my kids have been using Dr Le for over 20 years and I would recommend him to anyone. To the one Star negative review about no office staff, that’s how Dr Le keeps costs down. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes to start my exam and they are always thorough and to the point.

No office staff. No one to greet, take information, etc. Waiting area fairly clean & uncluttered. Chairs unsafe. Easily slide when sitting or getting up. Not disability friendly. Had short & incomplete exam. No explanations of any changes,etc.

I was in Wichita for business, and had a problem with my eye. I searched for eye dr. near my hotel and found Dr. Le. Even though he was completely booked, he was willing to see me at the very end of the day when he should have been closing. He took the time to look up how much the prescription would cost since I have high deductable ins. and he printed off a coupon for me, so I only ended up paying $13 for a $60+Rx! The next day, he called to follow up and check to see how I was doing.Excellent!

Dr. Le was my (and kids) eye doc 7+ years ago when I lived there. I have since moved and wish I could go back just for eye care. I have not had that level of confidence in an eye doc since. I absolutely trust him, and he makes each patient feel that their time is just as important as his. One of my kids is still there and uses him and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for eye care.
