AMAZING .. I am shocked at the other reviews. Pilar has always been respectful and quite friendly with me but maybe because I made an effort to engage. I totally trust her medical advise and have been able to reach out to her any time I had concerns.

Awful and rude
Ms Berg acted as though I was the last person she wanted to see, although this was my first visit with her. There will not be a second visit. Very dismissive as another client mentioned. She didn't even care to know anything about me. Didn't bother greeting me, didn't bother introducing herself. Walked in with attitude basically arms folded, foot tapping, for the all of 5 minutes that she spent in the room with me. I am so disappointed and back to the drawing board looking for a gastroenterologist.

Awful
Complete waste of my time. Acted like she was mad that I was even there. Rude and dismissive indeed just as described by another client. I waited so long to get this appointment so I am so disappointed. She came in with attitude arms folded, didn't even introduce herself first of all. And the rest was downhill. Very brief visit. Didn't bother even trying to get to know me....needless to say I am back to looking for a G.I.

Rude and dismissive, and misdiagnosed
Made no attempt to establish a relationship. Did not return my phone call to report her prescribed treatment was not effective and my pain was increasing. I ended up at an Emergency Department due to intense pain and regurgitation. She had clearly misdiagnosed me and lacked follow up
