Dr. Kerai worked with me on both testing and finding a good solution for hearing. She worked with me for weeks trying to find the right fit and solution given my musical background as I'm an avid piano player. She was patient, followed up many times, worked with reprogramming my demo aids and allowed me to try three pairs in the hopes of getting it just right. She's a very caring and compassionate person who was happy to help me. I would recommend her to anyone who has any hearing issues!
