Therapy is a very personal thing. What works for one person doesn't work for another. Her psychoanalytical style didn't work for me at all. I wish she had made her therapy style known to me upfront so that I could have sought out a different therapist earlier and not wasted so much time. I was looking for someone to provide feedback, help guide and direct me, and provide encouragement along the way. I kept waiting for it session after session. This is not her style. For me, this made for a very uncomfortable and unproductive dynamic. Fortunately, I found a therapist who I clicked with immediately and who I felt understood me. With all this said, if you're looking for a psychoanalyst, she might be a good fit for you. Just ask questions upfront and make sure you feel that this style is productive and meaningful for you.

Extremely rude, stick up, condescending. Don’t waste your time she will literally ignore your concerns & judge you.
