Hands down the best call I ever made 4 years ago. Being able to hear a willow tree sway in the wind, the crunch of dried autumn leaves, a car coming from a long distance away, a loved ones final words, the hot sun pinging against the rocks, and finally my nephew's infectious laugh. Pouya is very knowledgeable and engaging. She came recommended by my general practitioner in Mt. Sinai. She worked with me through all the issues of finding and learning to use the right hearing aid. We fine-tuned my unit over several months. I couldn't be happier.

I had received two hearing evaluations prior to meeting with Ms. Pouya Bral. She immediately began testing my hearing with specific hearing aids in mind.
Ms. Bral explained the benefits and took care of my insurance plan questions.
I have already had one instrument adjustment and the results are excellent. I recommended Ms. Bral to a co-worker.

I used to go to someone that was really good, but he retired 3 years ago.
I’ve been going to advanced audiology since then and got new hearing aids from them and couldn’t be happier.
