I am a Registered Dietitian, I completed my PhD in Foods and Nutrition. I have an in-depth experience working with both inpatients and outpatients during my career. I focus on helping clients achieve goals by setting small, simple and achievable goals. Seeing my clients and patients get healthy drives me to work harder.
