Wrong Eyeglasses prescription
I visited Dr. Yang July 2022 for an eye condition, she did an eye exam to evaluate my vision (which was not related to the reason of my visit), but later I took her prescription to get a new pair of prescription glasses, but the new glasses based on her prescription were blurry, I re-did the glasses but again the glasses were no good, I then decided to re-do my eye exam at lens crafters and it turned out that Dr. Yang’s prescription was wrong. Office staff is unprofessional, I called them many times to get my prescription refilled, they would promise to send it to insurance but they end up not doing, I have been going back and forth with them for about a month and my prescription is still not filled.
