Dr Pham diagnosed my problem very quickly. My rating had nothing to do with his skill as an optometrist but more to do with his chair side manner.
I expect a degree of confidentiality but I am sure everyone in the clinic heard him lecture me on the need for yearly eye exams. He need to learn how to use his inside voice. He concluded with saying he stressed his diagnosis of me because he did not want me to sue him. UNPROFESSIONAL!
