Poor communication newly diagnosed with diabetes and new meds asked for something for nausea and was told by the front desk to just take half and they just do not respond to your call.

I saw Racheal 1 time and I thought the visit went well. One of the meds she prescribed the insurance was not seeing the pre auth. I had called the office and got a nasty lady named Evelyn and was told it was done. My insurance said it was not done correctly and called the clinic with me. They told me it was denied by my insurance even though my insurance didn't get. I asked for a different med and explained how it needed to be put in. No one contacted me to let me know it was ordered. I had no clue until the pharmacy called me. A week later I get a letter in the mail stating I have been dropped as a patient with Racheal Because of recent events/ circumstances. I have only ever seen her 1 time and only talked to her at that appt. Not sure if it is an inside job of Evelyn or what. I have called to speak to the office manager Donna and of course no return from them either. no one else in my family was dropped. I will be seeking legal counsel on this as I was dropped for no reason.
